Returns & Exchanges

At Trit House, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for most furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Once your return is approved, you can either ship the item back to our warehouse via your preferred courier or request a quote for our professional collection service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
